Please note, if you fax or email a reservation, payment is required at time of booking and a valid credit card will need to accompany all reservations.
Park Entrance Fee
The Denali National Park & Preserve entrance fee is $10.00 per adult (16 and over), children are free (15 and under), or $20.00 per vehicle. This fee provides the visitor a 7-day entrance permit. The entrance fee is collected when you purchase a bus ticket or campground stay. If you have not booked a bus ticket or campground stay, please pay your entrance fee at the Denali Visitor Center when you arrive.
Ticketing
The National Park Service limits the number of shuttle reservations made at one time to eight tickets per transaction.

Change/ Cancel Fees
Bus Tours
There is a $4.00 fee per ticket to change or cancel a reservation eight (8) or more days prior to arrival. All changes or cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival are non-refundable.
Shuttle Buses/ Camper Buses/ Campgrounds
There is a $4.00 fee per ticket and per campsite to change or cancel a reservation. You may change or cancel the reservation for shuttle buses as long as it is one at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the departure time, either by calling 800-622-7275 or visiting the Wilderness Access Center (WAC). Cancellations for campgrounds are allowed as long as it is done before 11AM the day before check in at the Riley Creek Mercantile. All issued tickets must be returned to the Anchorage Office, after the change/cancellation, within 30 days of the scheduled event in order to receive the refund (minus the fee).
